How booking works
Start with the online quote. You can adjust staff numbers and see pricing update in real time. Once you sign off online, we send a booking form where you select your preferred dates. We then match those dates to nurse availability in the Parramatta area and confirm your session.
Staff receive a personal booking link along with SMS reminders before the day. If you want to promote the program internally, we supply ready-made material. Without previous uptake data, a reasonable estimate is about 35% of staff.
After the session
Every vaccination is recorded with the Australian Immunisation Register. Staff who booked online get a PDF vaccination certificate. You receive a participation report that can be broken down by department, location or cost centre.
Employees who miss the on-site session can still get vaccinated using a pharmacy voucher at any of our 2,000+ partner pharmacies. The employer covers that cost.
