Corporate Care runs on-site workplace flu clinics for employers across Melbourne’s south-east, from Clayton and Mulgrave through to Dandenong, Glen Waverley, Springvale and Cheltenham. We have done this since 2010. Our clinics are staffed by AHPRA-registered Registered Nurses with HESA-accredited Nurse Immuniser training, and the same booking platform, AIR reporting and participation report back every site.

The south-east spreads across suburban office parks, health and education campuses and commercial-industrial sites, so one program often means several bookings rather than one. We schedule each site separately and bring a nurse to each: you supply a quiet room with a table and chairs, and we bring the rest.

Each nurse works at roughly 30 to 32 vaccinations an hour and arrives 10 to 15 minutes early, which keeps a clinic moving without pulling staff off the floor for long.

Tell us your employee count, your south-east Melbourne sites and any previous-program participants, and we will send a clinic-ready proposal within one business day. You can start with our online quote form.

Anyone who misses the clinic day can use a pharmacy flu voucher, redeemable at 2,000+ major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies across Australia and New Zealand, with the employer covering the cost. Every dose is recorded with the Australian Immunisation Register (opens in new tab), and you receive a participation report broken down by department, site or cost centre.

Flu vaccination clinics across south-east Melbourne — Clayton to Dandenong

Our south-east Melbourne coverage takes in South Yarra, Clayton, Dandenong, Mulgrave, Glen Waverley, Springvale and Cheltenham, along with the surrounding suburbs, office estates and industrial parks. Wherever your workplaces sit across the region, we can bring nurse immunisers to each one as part of the wider Melbourne flu vaccination program. If you are unsure whether a particular address is in range, contact us and we will confirm availability.

Flu season in Australia runs from April to October and peaks between June and September, and the vaccine takes about two weeks to give full protection. Late May is a sensible point to plan back from, since booking early gives you the widest choice of clinic dates and lets you protect staff before the season builds.

Running an on-site program also supports an employer’s duty to provide a safe workplace under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic), administered by WorkSafe Victoria. As a guide, a first-year program usually sees around 35% of staff take up the offer.
