PROGRAMS
Who we serve
Corporate Care has run more than 100,000 workplace flu vaccinations across Australia and New Zealand in the last three years. Flu vaccination is the single thing we do, and we have done it since 2010.
We design and deliver workplace flu vaccination programs for ASX-listed enterprises, government departments, councils, aged-care providers and other Australian workplaces.
The shape runs from small sites and small offices through to large multi-site organisations vaccinating on the same day across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra and New Zealand — on-site with our HESA-accredited Nurse Immunisers, and through our partner pharmacy voucher network where employees are easier reached locally.
HEAD OFFICE
Find us in Sydney
Our head office sits in Sydney’s inner east. It houses our planning, clinical operations and customer-care teams — the people who book your clinic, brief the nurses on the way to you, and handle every reporting line back to your wellbeing team.
I’m Aitor Aspiazu — a Registered Nurse and HESA-accredited Nurse Immuniser, AHPRA-registered (NMW0001159845). I founded Corporate Care in 2010.
Flu vaccination is the only thing we do — nurse-led, evidence-based, every day of the year. No side line, no generalist menu. Every clinical decision on every program traces back through a single chain: me. We don’t outsource the clinical leadership, and we don’t hand the standing orders to a subcontracted agency.
When you get in touch, you’ll hear from one of us by name, inside one business day, with a real plan you can share with your wellbeing team. And if you ever want to talk to the founder about your program — that’s me. Direct line, email, or LinkedIn.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. Our HESA-accredited Nurse Immunisers travel to regional sites across every Australian state and territory for on-site clinics. For employees scattered across smaller towns where a nurse visit is not practical, the same program covers them through 2,000+ partner pharmacies Australia-wide — a digital voucher in, the same Australian Immunisation Register record out. Tell us your sites and we design the mix that fits.
Yes. Large ones too, and everything in between. We run programs from small sites, small offices and small businesses through to large multi-site organisations vaccinating on the same day across several capitals. The shape comes from your workplace — not from a minimum we have set.
Most quotes go out within one business day. Once a scope is signed, we are usually planning clinic dates the same week. The flu vaccination window runs late March to late May, and that window books out fast — the earlier you reach us, the wider the choice of dates.
Yes. We run the same program model in New Zealand, with local immunisation nurses for on-site clinics and pharmacy vouchers for distributed teams. Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch are the main centres, with regional reach added on request.
