Corporate Care brings flu vaccination clinics to New Zealand workplaces. A qualified immunisation nurse comes to your workplace and vaccinates your team during the working day — so nobody has to book their own appointment or take time off to get it done.

We take care of the organising: the booking, the reminders, the consent forms, and a certificate for everyone who takes part. You choose the dates that suit your team, and we bring the clinic to you.

Anyone who cannot make the onsite day can get a flu voucher to use at a local pharmacy instead. Tell us how many people you have and where they are, and we will put together a quote.

A workplace flu program is the easy way to get your team protected before winter. Instead of everyone finding time for a doctor or pharmacy visit, the clinic comes to them — set up in a meeting room or a quiet corner, working through the team across the day.

Corporate Care has organised workplace flu vaccinations since 2010. For New Zealand workplaces we bring in qualified immunisation nurses to run your clinic onsite, and we look after everything around it — the scheduling, the reminders, the paperwork and the reporting — so there is very little left for you to do.

It works for any size of team. A small office of a dozen people and a large site of several hundred get the same nurse, the same clinical care and the same simple booking — the only thing that changes is how many clinic days we plan.

New Zealand sits within workplace flu vaccinations across Australia and NZ — one service, run since 2010.

Why Vaccinate Your Team Against the Flu?

The Mackenzie high country — a workplace clinic gets the whole team done in one round, before the cold really arrives.

Flu moves fast through a workplace in winter. One person comes in unwell, and within a week or two it has worked through a whole team — and on a busy roster there is rarely a spare person to cover.

A workplace flu program will not stop every case, but it lowers how many people catch the flu and makes things milder for those who do. That means fewer people off sick, less disruption through the coldest months, and a team that feels looked after.

It is also one of the simplest things you can do for your people. The clinic is quick, it is at no cost to your staff, and most of the effort sits with us rather than with you.

How It Works

Getting a workplace flu program underway is straightforward. Here is how it runs, from your first enquiry through to vaccination day.

  1. Ask for a quote

Tell us how many people you have, where your workplaces are, and the kind of dates you have in mind. We send back a clear quote — an onsite clinic, pharmacy vouchers, or a mix of both, whichever suits your team.

  2. We plan your clinic

Once you are happy, we lock in your dates and set up the booking. Your team gets a personal link to choose a time, with reminders by text and email — so nobody has to be chased by hand.

  3. Vaccination day

A qualified immunisation nurse arrives, sets up, and vaccinates your team. The nurse brings the vaccines, sharps disposal, adrenaline, and all the consumables needed to run the clinic. Everyone who takes part gets a vaccination certificate.

For anyone who misses the clinic — people working off-site, away on the day, or based somewhere too small for an onsite visit — we can provide flu vouchers to use at pharmacies around New Zealand. You cover the cost, and your staff member just takes the voucher to the pharmacy.

Onsite Flu Jab Clinics Across Auckland and New Zealand

A North Island coast as the season turns — wherever your team is in New Zealand, we can help you get them vaccinated.

Wherever your people are — a main centre or a smaller town, the North Island or the South — we can help you get them vaccinated. We run onsite clinics across the country, and the pharmacy voucher option reaches teams that are spread out or further afield.

Upper North Island

Auckland, Whangarei, Hamilton, Tauranga, Rotorua and Taupo

Lower North Island

Wellington, Palmerston North, Napier, Hastings, New Plymouth, Whanganui and Gisborne

South Island

Christchurch, Dunedin, Nelson, Blenheim, Queenstown, Timaru and Invercargill

If your town is not on the list above, ask anyway — we very likely cover it, and dispersed teams can always be looked after through the pharmacy voucher option.

Flu Season in New Zealand

New Zealand’s flu season runs through the winter, usually building from around June. The current season’s vaccine becomes available in autumn, and most workplace clinics run from April onwards.

It takes about two weeks after the vaccination for protection to build, so booking a clinic for April or May gets most of your team covered before the flu is really going around. Booking early also gives you the best choice of dates.

Corporate Care has run workplace flu programs since 2010. Our booking system is rated 9.6 out of 10 by the people who use it — it keeps the scheduling, consent and reminders in one place, so the whole program is easy to run.
