Flu Vaccination Providers

Choosing a flu vaccination provider for your workplace involves more than finding someone who can administer a needle. You need a provider that handles the logistics, meets clinical standards, and doesn’t create more work for your internal teams than the program is worth.

Corporate Care has been providing workplace flu vaccination programs across Australia since 2010. Here’s what that looks like in practice.

Clinical governance

Every nurse in our network holds current registration with AHPRA, the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. They follow the protocols set out in the Australian Immunisation Handbook, which is the national clinical guideline for immunisation practice.

All vaccinations are recorded with the Australian Immunisation Register. This isn’t optional; it’s how we operate. Staff who book through our online system also receive a PDF vaccination certificate for their own records.

A nurse immuniser hotline is available throughout the program if clinical questions arise from staff or managers.

National coverage

We run onsite clinics across Australia’s major cities, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide. For organisations with sites in multiple states, we coordinate nationally through a single account, single invoice, and single point of contact.

For staff who can’t attend the onsite clinic, pharmacy vouchers are redeemable at over 2,000 partner pharmacies.

The booking and scheduling system

Our booking system is rated 9.6 out of 10 by clients. Here’s the workflow:

  • You submit preferred clinic dates, and we match them to nurse availability.
  • Staff receive individual booking links to choose their time slot.
  • SMS reminders are sent before the clinic.
  • Promotional material is provided to help drive uptake.

On clinic day, our nurse arrives 10 to 15 minutes early to set up. Each vaccination takes about two minutes, with throughput of 30 to 32 people per hour. Staff are back at their desks quickly.

Reporting

After each clinic, you receive a participation report that can be segmented by department, location, or cost centre. This is useful for WHS reporting, board updates, or simply tracking the return on your investment.

What our clients say

Our Net Promoter Score sits at 91, and our nursing staff are rated 9.8 out of 10 by clients. These numbers come from post-program surveys. Corporate Care was founded in 2010 by Aitor Aspiazu, a registered nurse (AHPRA: NMW0001159845), so clinical quality has been central to the business from the start.

Quote on screen, sign online

The online quote system shows your quote on the same page as you adjust staff numbers and site mix. You can sign online when the numbers work for your team — no procurement-portal upload required. No Medicare rebate applies for employer-initiated mass immunisation services, so the employer covers the full cost. That said, the cost is typically far less than the productivity lost to flu-related absences. Our page on the benefits of flu vaccination covers this in more detail.
