Corporate flu vaccination programs in Perth

Corporate Care runs flu vaccination programs for businesses across Perth and Western Australia. Our immunisation nurses come to your office and vaccinate your team on-site. No one needs to leave work, book a GP appointment, or sort it out themselves.

For staff on FIFO rosters, working remotely, or based at sites where an onsite clinic isn’t practical, we include pharmacy flu vouchers in the same program. Your employees walk into any of our 2,000+ major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies across Australia, and get vaccinated at no cost to them. The employer covers it.

How do Perth businesses get started?

Call us on 1300 79 74 10 or request a quote online. We need to know where your offices or sites are and roughly how many people you have at each location. If you’ve run a flu program before and have last year’s participation numbers, that helps us plan. If not, the industry average sits around 35% of staff taking up the offer.

We send you an online quote you can review on your phone or laptop. The pricing adjusts as you change the number of sites, visits, and participants. You sign online when you’re ready.

From there, you tell us your preferred dates and we match them to our nurse availability until we find something that works. Your staff get a booking link, pick their slot, and receive SMS reminders before the clinic.

  1. What happens on the day — Our nurses arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the first appointment. They can safely vaccinate 30 to 32 people per hour — about two minutes per person. We bring the vaccines, sharps disposal, adrenaline, and all consumables needed to run the flu vaccination programme. Everything.
  2. What you get afterwards — Every vaccination is recorded with the Australian Immunisation Register. Each person who booked online gets a PDF vaccination certificate. You receive a participation report by department, site, or cost centre, plus your invoice. If anyone missed the clinic, they get a voucher for a pharmacy instead.

Why does this matter for WA businesses?

Our flu vaccination season

Western Australian businesses face real costs when staff are off sick. Flu recovery can stretch over two weeks, and it doesn’t just mean sick leave. It means disrupted schedules, missed deadlines, and knock-on effects across the rest of the team.

Vaccinating your workforce is a practical way to reduce that risk. WHS legislation expects employers to take reasonable steps against foreseeable health risks. Flu is one of the most foreseeable there is.

The cost of vaccinating someone is a fraction of what their absence costs the business. Read more about the business case for workplace flu vaccination.

What do clients think of the service?

Our Net Promoter Score is 92. Our booking platform is rated 9.6 out of 10 and our nursing staff 9.8 out of 10.

We built the booking system ourselves — no third-party software — and it handles scheduling, reminders, consent, and certificates in one place.

We also provide promotional material to help you get the word out to staff, and a nurse immuniser hotline is available if anyone has questions before the clinic. For more common questions, see our flu vaccine FAQ.
