How do you organise a workplace flu program in Adelaide?

We send you an online quote you can view on your phone or computer. You can adjust the number of sites, visits, and participants, and the pricing updates in real time. You sign online when you’re ready.

1. Setting up the clinic — After signing, you fill in a booking form with your preferred dates and times. We match those to our nurse availability and come back with options until we find dates that work for you. Your staff then receive a booking link where they pick a time slot, along with promotional material and information about influenza and what to expect. Staff get SMS and email reminders before the clinic. A nurse immuniser hotline is available by phone or email for any questions beforehand.
2. On vaccination day — Our nurses arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the first appointment. They vaccinate at a rate of 30 to 32 people per hour — about two minutes per person. We bring the vaccines, sharps disposal, adrenaline, and all consumables needed to run the flu vaccination programme.
3. Afterwards — We record every vaccination with the Australian Immunisation Register. Each person who booked online receives a PDF vaccination certificate. You get a participation report by department, location, or cost centre, along with your invoice.

Anyone who missed the clinic can use a flu voucher at any of our pharmacy partners. The employer pays, the employee just shows the voucher.
