Our nurses arrive set up and ready. They vaccinate around 32 people an hour, roughly two minutes each, so a busy floor moves through quickly and staff are back at their desks in minutes.

Every dose is given by a Registered Nurse who is an Accredited Nurse Immuniser. Cold chain maintained end to end, and every dose reported to the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR).

The onsite clinic covers most of your team in a visit or two. There’s always someone who misses it, though: on leave, working from home, or based at a site too small for its own clinic.
That’s where pharmacy vouchers come in. We issue vouchers your staff redeem at 2,000+ partner pharmacy locations across Australia and New Zealand, so the people who can’t make the clinic day still get vaccinated at no cost to them. Onsite clinic for the main group, vouchers for the rest, one blended program with everyone covered.

Frequently Asked Questions
Once you've accepted the proposal and sent us your details, we get your clinic scheduled, usually within about three business days. If you're booking very early in the season, say December, it can take a little longer while we line up the right nurse for your dates.
You tell us the dates and times that suit your team, and we match them to our nurses' availability. It's a quick back-and-forth, not a fixed slot you have to take.
Everything. The proposal you receive is one all-inclusive price covering the nurses who run your clinic, the vaccines, all the equipment and supplies, the booking and consent, and your reporting afterwards. There's nothing extra to add on later unless we've agreed it with you up front.
Pharmacy vouchers aren't part of the standard clinic price. If you'd like them as well, for anyone who can't make it on the day, just say so and we'll include them in your quote.
The onsite clinic is the heart of the program: our nurses come to your workplace and vaccinate your team during the workday, so most people get done in one visit.
Pharmacy vouchers cover the gaps. Anyone on leave, working from home, or based at another site takes their voucher to a participating pharmacy and gets vaccinated at no cost to them. Plenty of clients run the onsite clinic for the main group and add a handful of vouchers for the stragglers.
We use the current Southern Hemisphere seasonal flu vaccine made for the Australian flu season. It's a trivalent vaccine, meaning it covers the three flu strains recommended for this season, it's egg-based, and it's approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration for use in Australia. Everything we do follows the Australian Immunisation Handbook.
No, there's no minimum headcount, and we're happy to vaccinate a small team. What we do have is a minimum charge, so a clinic is worth running for everyone. In most metro areas that minimum works out to roughly the cost of ten employees, and we can run smaller groups on that basis. If you have several sites, we can cover them all and bring it together in one quote.
