What’s included in an onsite flu program?
- AHPRA-registered immunisation nurses at your workplace
- Vaccines, sharps disposal, adrenaline, and all consumables needed to run the flu vaccination programme — we bring everything

How does an onsite flu clinic work?
- Get a quote — Tell us how many staff and where your offices are. We send you an online quote you can adjust and sign.
- We plan and promote — Your program coordinator schedules the clinic and provides promotional material. Staff book their own time slot online.
- Vaccination day — Our nurses arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. They vaccinate 30 to 32 people per hour. The average vaccination takes about two minutes.
- Reporting — Every vaccination is recorded with the Australian Immunisation Register. You receive certificates, a participation report, and one invoice.
For staff who can’t attend on the day, we include pharmacy flu vouchers in the same program. They get vaccinated at any of our 2,000+ pharmacy partners. Same invoice, no extra coordination.
Our flu vaccination programs run from late March to late May, ahead of peak flu activity from June to September. Book early to secure your preferred dates.
