Report
AIR and your wrap-up
Every dose is reported to the Australian Immunisation Register. You get a per-site uptake summary that drops straight into next year’s planning.
Everyone covered, on-site or off
Not everyone is in the building on clinic day. Shift workers, regional sites, parental leave, the team in Auckland, the rep on the road. The on-site clinic is the workhorse, but it doesn’t reach everyone. A program that only counts on-site doses leaves real uptake on the table.
Pharmacy vouchers close the gap. We’ve distributed 40,000+ in the last three years across a network of 2,000+ partner pharmacies in Australia and New Zealand. Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, TerryWhite, Blooms and the independents that anchor regional towns. Vouchers issue digitally, redeem locally, report back to the same AIR pipeline as the on-site dose. Same record, same reporting, different door.
Built and run by nurses since 2010
Corporate Care was founded by Aitor Aspiazu, a Registered Nurse, in 2010. The clinical side of the business has been led by nurses ever since. Not procured from a third-party agency, not subcontracted to a clinic chain, not run from a sales desk. The nurses who deliver your clinic are Corporate Care’s own people, with AHPRA registration and HESA-accredited workplace immunisation training.
That matters operationally. The team who quotes your program is the team who runs it. Cold-chain handling, consent workflows, anaphylaxis protocol, post-clinic AIR reconciliation: all sit inside one organisation with one clinical lead, working under current state-specific standing orders in every jurisdiction. The clinical side is largely a solved problem at our scale. The operational side is where every saved hour compounds across years.
Coverage across Australia
On-site clinics across every capital and every state. Voucher coverage in the regional centres where on-site clinics aren’t practical. The locations below carry the city-specific operational notes. Pick yours, or send the full national brief and we’ll sequence it.

Frequently Asked Questions
From quote acceptance to clinic day, most programs run on a five to ten business day window. Tell us your employee count, sites, and target dates. We come back with a quote inside one business day. Once approved, we lock clinic dates, send the comms pack, open digital consent, and arrive on site with the cold-chain kit. For peak-window dates (late March through late May) we suggest locking the quote in February or early March.
A private room with space for about four people, a table, two chairs, and an ordinary paper bin. That is it. The nurse arrives with the vaccines, the cold-chain kit, the digital consent device, the post-dose observation chairs, and the anaphylaxis response kit. A standard workstation runs at 30 to 32 doses per hour, so the room is in use for roughly two minutes per person including consent check, dose, and observation.
Pharmacy vouchers. We’ve distributed 40,000+ across the last three years through a network of 2,000+ partner pharmacies in Australia and New Zealand (Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, TerryWhite, Blooms, and the independents that anchor regional towns). Vouchers issue digitally to the nominated employee, redeem locally at any partner pharmacy, and report back to the same Australian Immunisation Register pipeline as the on-site dose. Same record, same reporting, different door.
Every dose Corporate Care administers is reported to the Australian Immunisation Register. This has been mandatory under Australian law since 1 March 2021 and is included in every program fee. You receive a per-site uptake summary after the program closes (total doses, uptake percentage, voucher redemption). The summary is the document that drops straight into next year’s planning conversation.
Yes. On-site clinics run across every Australian capital plus regional centres in NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, ACT, and the Northern Territory. For sites where an on-site clinic isn’t practical (small headcount, remote location, FIFO rotation), the pharmacy voucher network fills the gap. We’ve sequenced national programs covering 60-plus sites inside a single season, including New Zealand. One brief, one quote, one consolidated wrap-up report.
Aitor Aspiazu, Registered Nurse and Founder, leads the clinical side. Corporate Care has been built and run by nurses since 2010. Every clinic-delivering nurse holds AHPRA registration plus HESA-accredited workplace immunisation training. They are Corporate Care’s own people, not subcontracted to a third-party agency. Every clinic operates under current state-specific Drugs and Poisons standing orders, and the post-dose observation and rare-event response are run on protocol by the on-site Registered Nurse.
