Our immunisation nurses come to your workplace, vaccinate your team, and handle all the administration — booking, consent, certificates, and reporting to the Australian Immunisation Register.
For staff who can’t make the onsite clinic, we provide pharmacy flu vouchers through 2,000+ major pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies across Australia. The employer covers the cost.
How does it work?
- Get a quote — Call us on 1300 79 74 10 or request a quote online. Tell us where your sites are and how many staff per location. Pricing updates in real time.
- We handle the setup — We match your preferred dates to nurse availability. Your staff receive a booking link, pick a time slot, and get SMS reminders.
- Vaccination day — Our nurses arrive 10 to 15 minutes early. They vaccinate 30 to 32 people per hour — about two minutes per person. We bring the vaccines, sharps disposal, adrenaline, and all consumables needed to run the flu vaccination programme.
- Reporting — Every vaccination is recorded with the Australian Immunisation Register. Participants receive a PDF vaccination certificate. You get a participation report and invoice.
