The booking process
Get a quote online with adjustable numbers and real-time pricing. Sign off digitally, then submit a booking form with your preferred session dates. We match those to nurse availability in your area and confirm.
Once booked, your staff receive a personal booking link and SMS reminders. We send promotional material for internal use. First-time programs without historical data can expect about 35% participation.
The session itself
Our registered nurse immuniser turns up 10 to 15 minutes before the first slot. A meeting room or quiet corner with a table and chairs is all you need. Vaccinations take about two minutes each, and the nurse can get through 30 to 32 people per hour.
A nurse immuniser hotline is available if any staff have questions about the vaccine beforehand. Information on side effects and influenza itself is also on our website.
Reporting and certificates
All vaccinations are logged with the Australian Immunisation Register. Staff who book through the online system get a PDF certificate. You receive a participation report that can be broken down by department, location or cost centre.
Absent employees
Anyone who misses the on-site day can get vaccinated at one of 2,000+ partner pharmacies using a pharmacy voucher. The employer covers the cost.
