Corporate Care runs on-site flu vaccination clinics for employers across Melbourne’s northern suburbs, from the inner-north creative and professional offices of Carlton, Fitzroy and Brunswick to the commercial and industrial sites around Coburg, Preston and Epping. We have done this work since 2010, and every clinic is staffed by AHPRA-registered Registered Nurses with HESA-accredited Nurse Immuniser training. It is part of our wider Melbourne flu vaccination program.

An on-site clinic brings the vaccine to your team rather than sending staff out to a pharmacy. A nurse arrives 10 to 15 minutes early, sets up in a meeting room or quiet corner, and works through roughly 30 to 32 vaccinations an hour. The northern suburbs are spread out, so for employers with sites in more than one area we schedule visits across separate days, or send more than one nurse, to keep each session short.

Tell us your employee count, your sites across northern Melbourne, and any participation figures from previous programs. We will send a clinic-ready proposal within one business day. Anyone who misses the clinic can use a pharmacy flu voucher instead, and every dose is logged with the Australian Immunisation Register so you receive a participation report broken down by department, site or cost centre.

Corporate flu vaccination clinics across Melbourne’s northern suburbs

Our nurses cover the full spread of northern Melbourne: the inner-north workplaces of Carlton, Fitzroy and Brunswick, the established commercial areas of Coburg and Preston, and the outer-north industrial and business estates around Epping and Bundoora, along with the surrounding suburbs.

Office teams, warehouses and mixed-use sites all suit an on-site clinic equally well. We bring the vaccines, sharps disposal, adrenaline, and all consumables needed to run the flu vaccination program, so your only job is to point us to a room.

Flu season in Australia runs from April to October and peaks between June and September. A flu vaccine takes about two weeks to give full protection, so late May is a sensible point to plan back from if you want staff covered before the worst of the season.

Booking early also gives you a wider choice of clinic dates across the northern suburbs. If you are weighing up timing or have several sites to coordinate, start an online quote form or contact us and we will map out a schedule that fits.

For employers, an on-site clinic also supports the duty to provide a safe workplace under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 (Vic), overseen by WorkSafe Victoria. As a guide, around 35% of staff take part in a typical first-year program, and uptake usually grows once a program becomes a regular fixture.
