A registered nurse arrives at your office 10 to 15 minutes before the first appointment. Each vaccination takes roughly two minutes, so a session moves through about 30 to 32 people per hour. Most employers set aside a meeting room or breakout area and the whole thing runs in the background of a normal working day.
What happens after you book
Start with a quick online quote that you can adjust in real time. Once you sign off, we send you a booking form to nominate your preferred dates. We match those dates against nurse availability in the North Sydney area and confirm your session.
Your staff receive a booking link and SMS reminders in the lead-up. We also supply promotional material if you want to encourage uptake. If you have no previous data to work from, expect around 35% of staff to participate.
Every vaccination is recorded with the Australian Immunisation Register. Staff who book online also receive a PDF vaccination certificate. After the session, you get a participation report broken down by department, location or cost centre.

Anyone who is away sick, on leave or working remotely can use a pharmacy voucher at any of our 2,000+ partner pharmacies. The cost sits with the employer, so there is no out-of-pocket expense for the employee.
