ManageMyHealth is a patient portal that empowers you to manage your health and securely communicate with the Corporate Care healthcare team.

Having access to healthcare services anywhere and anytime will make it easier to meet the important requirements needed to keep you and your clients safe when providing care

Manage My Health will allow you to:

Complete your immunisation, TB and MRSA (WA staff only) history statements and provide your immunisation records;

Review our assessment of your immunisation status and share it with your own doctor;

View your test results, (which may be needed to check your immunity against any diseases)

Book, change or cancel appointments for vaccinations

Receive appointment reminders or recalls; and

Have access to your immune status should you need to refer to it or provide evidence of immunity should the need arise.
