How to Book Your Flu Vaccination at TerryWhite Chemmart with Corporate Flu Vouchers

Receive and Activate Your Flu Voucher

Upon receiving a unique voucher code via email from your employer, click this link to book your Free Flu Vaccination for 2024 at TerryWhite Chemmart.

Pre-booking is essential through the TWC booking portal to validate your corporate flu voucher, ensuring your eligibility for a complimentary flu shot tailored for individuals aged 5 to 64 with the standard 2024 Influenza formulation.

 

Special Notes for Eligibility:

Seniors aged 65 years and above qualify for a free high-dose Influenza vaccine directly from the pharmacy, bypassing the need for a corporate voucher.

Opting for a cell-based Influenza vaccine? Be aware it incurs an additional charge, payable alongside your voucher at the time of your appointment.

Complete Your Flu Booking

Fill in your personal details, including name, address, contact information, date of birth, and Medicare card details to finalise your booking.


Important:

This information is mandatory for updating the Australian Immunisation Records (AIR). Those without a Medicare Card should select the indicated option.

Apply Your Pharmacy Influenza Voucher Code

At the payment step, choose ‘Use Voucher Code’ and enter your unique code to validate your free flu vaccination booking.

Confirmation and Cancellation

An immediate confirmation email will be sent from info@healthengine.com.au. This email allows you to cancel and rebook if necessary, provided cancellations are made more than 24 hours before the appointment.

 

Reminder Notification

A reminder will be sent to the provided contact details 24 hours before your flu vaccination appointment.

 

On the Day of Your Vaccination

Arrive 5 minutes early at the TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacy and stay for a mandatory 15-minute observation period post-vaccination.
